The twin brother of Sir Balin, he urged his brother to keep the magic sword he had drawn and embark on a life of adventure. He wields a great spear to support his brother, and suffers from an insatiable wanderlust. Though he witnessed Nineve’s slaying, he supported his brother whole-heartedly, and accepted banishment from High King Arthur’s court.

He was the one who slew Prince Lanceor in combat when the Prince came to hunt him down for his crimes, and went off to banishment.
