The Lord of Elmet, Sir Maelog led an honourable and distinguished career. Secretly though he was plagued by Logrin the Giant, an immortal scourge who he was never able to slay. After his forced retirement due to old age, he has been tormented at new knights taking up his quest to defeat Logrin.

He was comforted by the Knights of Anglia, and revealed the various methods he had used to try and put Logrin down for good – all without success.
