Pendragon: Chivalry is Magic
Netheravon
Location
Netheravon is the second manor to be found North on the road from Amesbury Abbey and Stonehenge both. Near the Chute Forest (separated only by a few miles of land and a river), it is a manor if ill reputation and hushed whispers..
The peasants speak of it only in fearful tones, but behind the manor-house itself stands an ancient stone ruin forever echoing with the caws of ravens. There is a prophecy surrounding that haunted place, one of the Raven, whose hatred will split the land and drown the sky in fire.
To keep calm the spirits of this dark and shaded place, one must make an appropriate offering honouring to the spirits within on each of the prime equinoxes. If it’s accepted a Raven will fly towards the dawning sun.
This manor was granted to the family of Sir Dragain in 503 for his actions in the battle against the Silver King and Calibor.
